Where We Work
One approach. Multiple environments.
We partner across sectors where food decisions happen every day.
K-12 Schools
College & University
Corporate Dining
Hospitality
Home
We help you nourish your most valuable asset — your people.
Our Unique Approach
Our environment chooses what we eat more than we do.
Most wellness & nutrition programs fail because they rely solely on the individual to change their behavior. We succeed because we rely on environmental design. We don’t ask your diners to try harder to eat well; we make it harder for them to fail.
We know that it is not enough to offer nutritious foods and hope diners select them. The other half is supporting diners to select, consume, and enjoy those offerings. Our unique behavioral framework guides how offerings should be presented to maximize diner uptake of nourishing foods. By applying behavioral science to the dining environment, we transform healthy choices from a conscious effort into the path of least resistance. We use the 7 primary levers (shown right) to nudge small behavioral changes for big impact.
