Dr. Sheryl Allen is a data-driven PhD Scientist, Registered Dietitian, and mom of two who is redefining how we think about food environments. As the founder of Nudge to Nourish, she works with individuals, schools, foodservice teams to design spaces where the sustainable, nourishing choice is also the easiest choice. By leveraging the principles of choice architecture, Sheryl’s approach prioritizes the long-term health of people and the planet.
